Although we say that defection is more important than eating and eating brown rice daily increases detoxification power, we are not monks living our daily lives in temples in the mountains. I am like this too, I go out for dinner and join dinner gatherings sometimes. I travel abroad too. When I travel, what should I do? In fact, I have mentioned one thing previously. I try to choose Japanese cuisine and Chinese food and try to pick out all meat when eating. When I fly overseas, all airlines provide vegetarian meal options. But in a foreign country, most of the food we eat in everyday life is made with refined sugar and cooked in animal oil. Compared to the macrobiotic diet, it just has too little of the high in fiber root/stem vegetables.
